He has helped us with two separate projects at our house, and both times has gone above the call of duty to ensure that the setup of our home theatre and second viewing area was effortless and efficient. Over the past year I have had astonishingly bad service from Sears, Whirlpool and Future Shop when our appliances needed repair … Our Panasonic TV went on the blink just after the 2-year warranty expired.
